Yikes!!! is right and you don't know how good they are.I sent e-mail but haven't heard back yet.I ask for measuments and other related info.For $350.00 I MIGHT take a chance.

Watch for the 350.00 ones. The auction ended with no bids. They may show up again.

Here is the completed prototype for left side hinge. Right side is under way. Hopefully installed on the car this weekend.

If you're willing to spend $350 on hinges, I'm your man!!

The ebay hinges are stretched. Notice that the mounting holes have been elongated on the bracket in the hinge on the left.

There is only one reason to elongate those holes.

Those prototypes look sweet.The he## with the ebay stuff.I'm waiting for yours.Can't wait to hear how they fit.I'm excited!!!!

I doubt the ebay's will sell.Anybody that has a CE knows about the problems we have.About the only way they will sell is to somebody who has a CE basket case with no hinges at all.After some furter thought I'd be pretty stupid to part with $350.00 for such an inportant part of questionable quality

Everyone be forewarned, Mr.corvettepartsking (ebay ID) and his store called "JT Piper Corvette Parts and More" is always listing parts for sale, and specifically for a CE, he overprices everything, and so far everything has been from a wrecked CE. So be cautious when bidding on his items...
