I am having difficulty with what I believe is my alarm and the starter interrupt relay. Has anyone replaced the Control Module or starter interrupt relay?

Where are they located? How about replacement parts are they available?

The starter cut-off is wired directly between the power feed to the
starter solenoid using pink or purple wires. The unit is a black box
about 2" x 2" x 1" and located under the center console near the
cigarette lighter on the passenger side. It's mounted to the bracket
that bolts to the chassis. To permanently disable the alarm cutoff, cut the unit completely out, tape up the ignition wire and alarm wire, then splice the starter cut-off relay in between the pink/purple wires. .
In your case you could just connect the two pink/purple wires together so your alarm system won't be able to keep you from starting your vette.

The other relays for the alarm are located behind the passenger seat in
the compartment where the jack is located. I left those there, but
unplugged them to avoid any short circuits.
