Hi All,

We need to replace our speedo and tach, does anyone know of a source for replacements?

We are not sure whether we want to stay stock with the 85mph speedo or go with a 160 mph.

Thanks, Tammy and Trish

For your speedo and tach. Try these. Corvette America, Rik's Corvette, Corvette Central, Bair's, Zip, Vette2Vette, Eckler's and other companies?

On the speedo. That is a hard question. If you want to stay original stay with the 85mph and if you just want to see how fast you can really go put the 160mph in. Maybe one day I'll exchange the 85 to the 160mph just to stop asking others how fast we are going when we play. :P

Mike,
when the needle bangs against the pin on the other side, you're going FAST..

Another good method is to have a friend with a flat Golf (ie. Porsche) run with you (NOT against you) to see what the car can do.

One of the german CE's had a few things done (XRam and a few other goodies) and left some of the stock restricted cars (BMW, Mercedes etc, that stop at 250 km/h(155mph)) waaaay behind, which get's a few shock looks.

(I've had mine buried on the bottom a few times, but never made it to the other side).

I'm staying with my 85..
