I was wondering how you can easily trouble shoot the headlight system . My right side assembly is slow to open and close

That sounds like a vaccum issue.. Maybe an actuatuator..

Check this website, it belongs to a friend from the CAC and under the Vaccum heading is some usefull stuff. Including layout and troubleshooting..
