After much prodding by the community, I have started on a project to write a series of technical How-To articles in the same format as the popular hinges instructions.

This is the first in the series.

It is a final draft and will be released soon to the big forums. I thought I would post it here first and get a little more feed back before publishing it.

As with the hinges instructions, this link will always point to the latest revision, so if you hit the link again later, you may find the article has been updated with new pictures of info.

Any comments good or bad are welcome. Do not PM me here, please. E-mail me directly.

Also would like feedback on which subject I should do next.
