Just got back, wives car, gets 98.3 and got the McLellan award, three years and lots of work for an 82 but she sure is happy. He was there to give out the awards, signed the plaque and the emissions sticker on the car. Now, what to do next, looking for a new project.

Congrats on the award. Met Dave McLellan here at the tech center a couple of years ago. He told me they worked on the rear hatch for the CE for 18 months to get it right. Great score on the points. Stephen :wink:

I guess he wouldn't be intrested to know the hinges were a failure... :D

Don't think the hinges were a failure it was the cheap material they used to make them. :roll: Stephen
