From what I have read as long as you don't use E85 you will be ok, E85 will probably require a new tune and settings that are different than what you are running now.

As a little aside, i think it's more involved, i think it requires more then a tune up.. O-rings, seals, fuellines etc.. Anything not compatible with E85.
