Just wanted to let you all know that the trip to Chicago, from Nashville, was worth the considerable effort and expense. Out of a possible 1000 points, the judges deducted 33 points for various items, some of the deductions I did not agree with, but I am not a judge. What that means is, our 82 CE was awarded the Gold Spinner Award!! This award was combined and presented with the Triple Crown Award!!! NCRS Top Flight, Bloomington Gold, and Gold Spinner, all in the same year. It is a beautiful award, engraved with my name and car vin number. Thanks go to my wife for enduring these three intensive judgings, and to all of you for listening to my continued ramblings. Talk to you soon!
